Stampin’ Up Class:

Learn to make beautiful greeting cards.  Make 2-3 projects per class / no previous experience needed.
Class fee is $10 and includes all materials.

Altered Book Class:
Friday, September 17, 1-3 PM
What is an altered book?  “A found book, embellished through collaging, stamping, or other decoration to express an artistic idea or narrative.”  The only rule is that there are no rules to altered books.
During this introductory class, learn to create a “Four Seasons” book using different techniques to create a book uniquely your own!
All materials provided free of charge.

Bookbinding Class
Thursday, September 23, 6:30 PM
Learn to create a ribbon-bound album, perfect to use as a photo album, guest book, or journal.
Class fee is $15.00 and includes all materials.



CHILDREN’S PROGRAMS

Story hour registration begins Wednesday, September 8, 2010 and will continue till programs fill.  Story hours are available for children from birth to preschool.  Call the library at 821-7910 for schedules and registration.  Story hours will begin the week of September 27.

Drop In Craft
Tuesday, September 14, 1:30-4 PM.  Drop in, pick out books and movies, and make a quick craft!

Creative Drama
(Open to Grades 1-5)
Wednesdays, 3:15 to 4:15   (September 22, October 6, 20 and November 3)
Join us in playing theater games, improvising scenes and working with short scripts to perform for each other.  Imaginations are welcome!
